What the numbers mean
Counts on a profile are numbers of docket entries linked to a judge in this index. They are not a ruling analysis, a rating or a prediction. A high or low count says nothing about how a judge will treat you or your case, and it is not evidence of misconduct.
Accuracy
- Records come from CourtListener and can be incomplete, out of date or matched to the wrong person.
- The data lags the courts. Each profile shows the date its data was refreshed.
- Sealed cases and some filings are not included.
- A listing does not confirm that someone is a sitting judge. Check the court's official website.
Do not rely on it alone
Check the original court record before you rely on anything here, and never as the only basis for a motion, a recusal request or a decision about your case.
Not for eligibility decisions
